Folk Theater
1. Please pay attention to the following items so as to avoid influencing evaluation scores:
(a)Please provide quality AV materials already set to the relevant part.(b) AV Materials
should indicate in detail recording date, location, and content.(c)Please prepare visual
materials, such as VCD or DVD, to give a visual impression of the performance. Audio
CDs should be professionally recorded.(d)Please be advised that AV materials not
conforming to the above standards will influence the results of the evaluation negatively.
2. Applicant may retrieve AV materials in person. Please arrange a time with one of our staff
members for pickup, tel.:(02)3393-9732~34.
3. If you require the NTCH to send materials back, please calculate weight and enclose
sufficient postage (no cash). Insufficient postage attached will result in no return of the
materials.
4. NTCH reserves the right to dispose of any AV materials that haven’t been retrieved within 6
months.
