COMPUTER SCIENCE-CSCI
The minor in Computer Science is open to all undergraduates, and it consists of five required courses and one studentselected course. It should be noted in the details below that college-level calculus is a prerequisite to some of the
required credits in Computer Science. Consult the Computer Science Coordinator of the Mathematics, Computer
Science, & Statistics Department, 274 Fitzelle, 607.436.3708, for more detailed information on options and suggested
sequences. Students planning to complete requirements for a curriculum minor must make all arrangements with the
Department Chairperson and Program Coordinator.
