REPORTING TO
Events Development Manager
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are actively recruiting for an Events Marketing Executive to join our established Events Department,
with the remit of driving the performance capability of our established events and exhibitions portfolio;
worth £2m to our business.
Reporting into our Events Manager and working in collaboration with our Media Sales teams, this role will be
responsible for working across our events portfolio (including training & consultancy and exhibitions).
RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a vital role to the business where you will assume accountability for the design, implementation and
commercial delivery of all marketing campaigns aligned to the associated events. With responsibility for
maximising the ROI on all activity your focus will work in collaboration with your colleagues in both Events
and Sales to drive the success of the event(s) in respect of both revenue and profitability.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
An individual with:






Strong experience within a B2B marketing background; ideally within the event sector
Knowledge of the B2G sector highly desirable
Proven track record in developing and executing creative marketing campaigns
Experience in working in a commercial fast-paced, target driven environment
Strong organisational and project management skills
Experience running marketing campaigns, events and exhibitions
