General Specifications Product Description Main applications Recommended mounting height The LEDflare can be used for all lowbay and highbay lighting applications. It has been designed to replace any existing HID installation up to 400W and will offer high energy savings, a better lighting quality (colour rendering), and low maintenance and can be easily dimmed. It consists of a 3CR12 steel gear and optical compartment, enclosed by a glass diffuser (IK 07) or optional polycarbonate diffuser (IK 10). The luminaire can be surface mounted or suspended by M8 eye bolts and suspension cables. The luminaire bears the SANS 60598 safety mark. The electronic power supply is suitable for operation with a 108-305V 50Hz single phase system. The power factor is rated at ≥0,95. The lifetime of the control gear matches that of the LEDs and it can handle surges of up to 10kV. Additional surge protection up to 20kV can be selected. Electronic temperature monitoring prevents overheating of LEDs and power supply (ThermiX®). This enables operations in very high ambient temperatures without compromising lifetime. The LEDflare is designed for LED light sources between 90W and 144W. Various optical solutions are available to achieve the highest energy savings and the most economical solution for almost any application.
