 Objectives
 To explore the costs, benefits and opportunities of electronic publishing.
 To develop a workplan for the creation/modification and management of a
journal website
 To become familiar with
 basic web development, design, and management
 uploading of files and maintaining links.
 common terminology and applications used in electronic publishing
(meta data, DOI, MeSH)
 To learn how to use xml for multiple applications including submission for
PubMedCentral and Medline.
