Case 1 – Dr. Wald Dx: Truncus arteriosus type III post repair. Left main coronary reimplantation due to ostial stenosis. Conduit
stenosis post Melody valve insertion. To review cath, echo, MRI and CP study. Surgical referral.
Case 2 – Dr. Roche Dx: ToF with PA and MAPCAS. To review cath, echo, MRI and CP study. Management planning.
Case 3 – Drs. Horlick/Osten Dx: ToF. Residual VSD. Supravalvular pulmonary trunk stenosis. Moderate pulmonary stenosis.
To review cath and echo. Management planning.
Case 4 – Dr. Roche Dx: Post Mustard repair of TGA, with 2 baffle revisions. Mild LV dysfunction. Moderate RV dysfunction.
Generally asymptomatic. To review echo, cath, and cardiac CT. Management planning.
Case 5 – Dr. Benson Dx: Coarctation of the aorta – failed stenting procedure. Asymptomatic. BP not controlled on 4 agents.
To review cath, echo, CT scan and CP study. Management planning.
Case 6 – Drs. Roche/Benson Dx: Tricuspid atresia, pulmonary atresia, hypoplastic RV, and intact ventricular septum – post
extra-cardiac Fontan. Recent trauma related DVT. Asymptomatic, but has had progressive cyanosis. To review cath, echo, CT
scan and CP study. Management planning.
