Professional Experience
Consultant
All American Small Business Computer Services: (July 2009 to Present) Gardner, KS.
IT managed services using Kaseya software to manage total network for clients. This includes server
management; patch management for server and workstations, security management virus, spyware, malware software
management, Microsoft windows updates management, helpdesk support, documentation as needed.








I setup network room from a pile of wires to incorporating wiring into a 24 port patch panel
which also included IP phones. I labeled from jack to port on panel.
I setup and managed Windows 2003 Small Business Server, to include the setup of Exchange
2003 services, and added a 2 terabyte raid 10 array to accommodate the Exchange server
database and all of the user’s files.
I managed active directory additions and changes. I also, managed all group policy for this
domain.
I established a backup and recovery schedule using Kaseya imaging software.
I setup and maintained Windows XP workstations, also performed daily maintenance (Virus
scans, patch management). I also upgraded hardware, disk drives, DVD drives, added
memory to users office computers.
I setup and configured a Untangle server to include VPN, and SPAM filtering for the
customer.
I provide Helpdesk support using Kaseya ticketing and remote desktop support software.
I also, acted as consultant/advisor to company owners when making decisions pertaining to IT
growth and change.

IBM AS400 I-series Setup – Setup and installed two IBM AS400/9406/520 models one for production and
disaster backup systems.
 Upgrade to OS V5R4M5 for production IBM AS400/9406/520 and disaster recovery IBM
AS400/9406/520. Updated the systems to include the latest system Group, HIPER, and
Cumulative fixes
 Installed iTera 5.0 on both AS400’s and tested Virtual Swap, and Roll over successfully.
 Setup and installed HMC System to accommodate a new partition for our development AS400
programmers
