Partnered with the Site Deployment Coordinator (Senior Geologist) and the central team in Houston to plan and execute deployment alternatives, testing, usability test, training, go / no-go decision, deployment / cutover and support model. Led a 10-member multifunctional team designing and executing a new Data Centre to host the necessary hardware to deploy the new G&G standard applications including blades (Linux and Windows), NetApp Storage Units and a new 10 Gbps network core. Managed an Upstream Workflow Transformation (UWT) project developing a prototype of a valley-wide Cyclic Steam Application using agile methodology.
