This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for Webville Networks web site and
Exchange Hosting Service.
Because this Application Service Provider wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy,

web site and one related to our email and Exchange hosting services.

Clients are the sole owners of the information they store on Webville Networks servers. Storage
of the information on Webville Networks’ servers does not confer ownership of the information
to Webville Networks. Webville Networks has no knowledge of, and no control over the
information clients store on its servers. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others
in any way.

At Webville Networks, keeping customer information safe and secure is always a top priority.

heart and soul of the hosting business. Webville Networks will make every reasonable effort to
control security and permissions settings so that every client’s data is not able to be viewed by
any other hosting client or any other unauthorized person.
Customer control of permission settings
Exchange Hosting Service customers have a great deal of control over permission settings for
their mailboxes and public folders. Webville Networks will make every reasonable effort to
secure all customer data from unauthorized access, but it is possible for a customer to loosen
security settings such that their information becomes accessible to other users both inside and
outside their organization. The flexibility of these settings and user control over the settings is an
important feature of the service. However, customers are cautioned to consider the impact of
security settings changes and contact Webville Networks tech support if unsure of the
consequences of any particular change that is contemplated.
Customer control of passwords
New users are assigned passwords when their accounts are created. Users may change their
passwords through a secure interface we provide for that purpose. Passwords must meet
complexity and security guidelines in order to be accepted by the server.
It is the responsibility of the customer to safeguard his or her password. If a customer becomes
aware that his or her password has been compromised, he or she can change the password
through the web interface, or contact us to change the password administratively or disable the
account.
