Maintenance of Web Server ( Windows Platform)24X7:
Daily backup and weekly backups, monitor server logs, strengthen
security, report possible instructions, pro-Active Response, Optimize
performance & Performance monitoring. Web site Design & updating.
Reloading of server operation & Web services if needed. Configuration
changes needs to done as required.

Maintenance of Mail Server(Exchange Platform)24X7:
SMTP relay Host and MX hosting Receive & Forward Service, Exchange
server Updates services packs, patches and fixes, Should be able to
monitor anti Spam & Antivirus Activities, Daily & Weekly backup ,
Reloading of server Operating & Mail services if needed. Configuration
changes needs to done as required. Creation / Deletion of mail Ids.

Maintenance of Database Server(SQL Platform) 24X7:
Maintenance of Database Server includes database back-up, database
application & performance tuning, database replication, distributed
database implementation, troubleshooting of problems and periodic visits
by our database specialist for preventive maintenance.

Maintenance of Proxy Sever 24X7:
Involves maintenance of Proxy server, Creation, Deletion of users, Content
Filtering & Log Maintenance.

Maintenance of Anti-Virus Server 24X7:
Comprehensive security solution which safeguards enterprise assets and
ensures total protection of Servers and clients from all types of malicious
software i.e. Virus, Worm, Trojans, Spam, Adware, Spyware etc. which can
infiltrate and damage them.

Maintenance of Mail Backup Sever 24X7:
Involves daily backup and Weekly backups of Mail boxes.

Involves National Knowledge Network server maintenance and monitoring
the network connectivity.

Security , reports possible instructions, Pro-Active response, Optimize

& Streaming services if needed. Configuration changes needs to done as
required. In case of any Institute activities/Seminars additionally one
engineer has to be present for help.

Involves ensuring proper connectivity / selection of equipment / hardware

NITTTR TERMS & CONDITONS for DATA CENTRE MAINTENANCE
1. The bidder is registered as a company in India as per Company Act 1956 and should
have been in operation for a period of at least 5 years as on date. Bidder should
submit with proof of document.
2. The bidder should have supplied, installed and commissioned similar type of Servers to
at least one Government entity in India in Data centre setup. Bidder should have
experience in network connectivity connecting Data centre to other locations in
Government entity. Bidder should submit with proof of document.
3. Company should take care about Security policy & Procedure implementation
4. Company should avoid service degradation by quick fault isolation of network
issues
5. Company should be able to understand & solve network problems through remote
Monitoring and analysis.
6. Company should have experience in maintaining this type of campus Network
systems. Client List to be enclosed.
7. The comprehensive services shall cover all hardware packages. It includes
preventive and corrective maintenance, free replacement of all defective parts.
8. Company should update the automatic updates and patch management ensure the Web
Servers are secure and stable.
9. Company should maintain the support calls resolution time of 4 hours.
10. Company Sholud give contact information like mobile number etc of its service
engineer in addition to the firm service desk.
