Place: What you see through human characteristics and physical characteristics

The land between two rivers
3. Why is the Mesopotamian region also called the Fertile Crescent?
Mesopotamia is also called the Fertile Crescent because it is in the shape of a
crescent moon and the land within this area is very fertile.

The Nile River is in the northeast region of Africa. It flows north into the
Mediterranean Sea.
