Notes 8C: Proving Triangles are similar
Triangle similarity postulates:
AA: If two angles of one triangle are congruent to two
corresponding angles of the other triangle, then the
triangles are similar.
SAS: If two sides of a triangle are proportional to two
corresponding sides of the other triangle, and they share
the angle in between, then the two triangles are similar.
SSS: If all three sides of a triangle are proportional to the
corresponding sides of the other triangle, then the
triangles are similar.
