Could affect negatively on Biodiesel quality. • This study showed highly yield biomass in photobioreactor compared to flask cultivated alga with Biomass 3.3 (g/L) and growth rate of (1.5/day). is described as a good source of high valuable compounds as it have Carbohydrates, Pigments, Ashes and proteins • Finally, algae are promising producers of biofuel precursors and nutraceuticals and are also commercially cultivated for aquaculture feed " Med-algae project “ (http://www.med-algae.eu) " Med-algae project “ (http://www.med-algae.eu)
