understandingofclinicalissues,relevanceandappropriatenessofyourdecisions.
FormatandMarking:
Thereare40cases,andeachcaseisequallyimportanttothetotalscore,regardlessofthenumberof
questionsforthecase.Readtheclinicalinformationcarefullyandthendocumentthe
therapeutic/managementoption(s)youconsidertobeoptimal.Therearenonegativemarks,butyou
shouldreadthequestionscarefully.Whenaspecifiednumberofoptionsisrequested,answerswillbe
