Welcome Dmitry Kosterev, Joint Synchronized Information Subcommittee (JSIS) Chair will call the meeting to order and determine whether a quorum is present for the conducting of business. Attendees will be asked to introduce themselves by name and affiliation, both in person and over the phone/webinar. 2. WECC Antitrust Policy Open Meeting Reminder All WECC meetings are conducted in accordance with the WECC Antitrust Policy and the NERC Antitrust Compliance Guidelines. Open Platform for Engineering and Control Room Applications Dmitry Kosterev, Pavel Etingov, Dan Trudnowski, Ritchie Carol will present on Open Platform for Engineering and Control Room Applications. 8. WECC Project on Linear State Estimator Ken Matrin and Tony Faris will give an update on the WECC Linear State Estimator Project. 9. Data Delivery and Availability Dan Brancaccio will lead a panel discussion. Those providing insight will be: Dan Brancaccio about the PMU registry, Dan Brancaccio on Data availability statistics at Peak RC, Nick Leitschuh on Data availability statistics at BPA, Dan Brancaccio and Nick Leitschuh on current state and future developments of inter-utility data exchange, Eileen Nall and Andrew Esselman on data quality analysis, recent improvements and next steps, and a special topic with Nick Leitschuh, Dan Brancaccio, and Ken Martin discussing why the same PMU signals may look different at host utility versus Peak RC or other utility receiving data. 10. System Model Validation Studies Engineering Analysis Slaven Kincic, Brian Thomas, and Donald Davies will give an update on the System Model Validation studies. Jeff Dagle will represent PNNL project on data mining. 3. Kevin Chen will represent EPG experience with data mining in ERCOT. 4. Tushar and A. Srivastava will represent data mining applications for PMU bad data detection: regression based applications for filtering out outlier PMU data. 30.
