galvanize civilizations on Global warming:
[This analysis is prepared & submitted in support of the vision of UN-Secretary-General on climate Change as declared in the
IPPC synthesis report on 17 Nov 2007 at Valencia, Spain & to influence United Nations Climate Change Conference Dec 7 to
Dec 18,2009 at Copenhagen, Denmark for success via UNFCCC]
The spatial arrangements in bio sphere and in saturating identical eco pairs of proton,
neutron or among the neutron pairs of quarks, Gluons in the nucleus are indispensable.
Such atoms sustain infinite period independently in harmony and prove righteousness in
Natural order. The 3 -D spatial characters of width, length and depth are prevailed in
atomic structure as quality to act individually or by bonding equitable units of valence
with homogeneous elements or radicals for the evolution of molecular structure in
quantity for biodiversity and biodegradability.
The maintenance of 3 –D effect in biosphere and generating equitable unit of valence in
trait embodied virtuous human characters depend upon the living equitable gender -ratio
of male, female and neuter gender in a social sequence. Such social structures maintain
saturation capability in occupying the perfect loci as a constituent element and deliver
Eco friendly thoughts and applications. The major portions of man -made applications in
global arena are turned to be wrong in front of Global warming due to gender incapability

The unavailable data’s among human population around the world creates uncommon knowledge
on natural process and complications. Gender equity improves common knowledge to restore
humans from uncommon world towards globalization. Humans look for common knowledge
platform, equal distribution network to eradicate poverty and commonness without gender
capability and equity among global population. Economics & education is together influences
human conscience to develop applications and not the consciousness which requires equitable
trait embodied elements intact among human beings to improve moral justification and
galvanize civilization towards global warming. Refer the PRESIDENT of the 63rd Session
United Nations General Assembly on climate Change.
Are these happening on our planet to reproduce bio-degradable versions and prevent Global
Warming?
Global warming on our planet is the measure of Human righteousness. Human righteousness
is in sustainability and gender equity among prevailing human population around the world. But
from history the wars, invasion, forced migration, ecological degradation, unnatural deaths and
poverty has destroyed the pertinent data or pro -genitive information hidden among the
generations of male, female and neuter gender/genetic sequences at various social groups. Such
unavailable pro genetic information among gender/genetic sequences in civilization is hype or
create vacuum in human judgment which ultimately causes the regular recurrence of
corresponding physical/mental events to result in unclean accidental innovation, false game
theories and retrospective falsification in human faith and end in mutation and Bio gimmicks!
The influencing natural Bio mimics or incidence or temperament in human consciousness
induces common impulses via synapses which connect neurons and consolidate the compound of
conscience to justify the spectrum of colours on natural values. Humans are trying to be sincere
with humans and not with Nature. That is why humans are still struggling in search for love or
peace or justice on our planet for harmony! Human protect human and not the biosphere.
In Accordance to the written information in the first paragraph of this analysis, the missing
pro -genitive information from history has corrupted the social bonds among various social
groups around the world due to missing equitable unit of valance during the bond which
suspends bio-diversity, cause extinction of micro level life forms to vanish and reproduce nonbiodegradable versions at Macro level to promote Global warming. Macro level needs Micro
level connectivity to end the disease of inflation and poverty for right conductivity.
In the same way the missing or continuing false genetic data from history is hype or dominate
or misrepresent the art of governance among global population to end in mutation or lead-time
like United Nations Climate Change meet held at Bali on mid Dec 2007.The United Nations
should make and mend to achieve common goals. But, the governmental organs were yet to
balance and constitute gender/genetic equity and interconnectivity at their respective
Geographical eco sphere without wars, invasion, forced migrations and ecological degradation to
achieve such goals. .Truth prevails in picturaised form with different tones in human
consciousness and not in typified conscience which are unclean stories to keep humans alive.
Civilization survives in exploiting the natural deposits to manage the pressure built by false
growth, unaccountability and lavish life style. Human false growth, unaccountability and lavish
life style is cater to Global warming, uncommon numerical game theory and profitable concept

of exploitation which is real and not nightmare as dreamt by some of the irresponsible
technologist and stakeholders who do not want to change their lifestyle due to experiencing
numerical game theory on wealth and luxury. The numerical game theory of wealth and luxuries
are always driven out from the pocket of common world where the art of governance is
uncommon on Natural deposits due to gender incapability and inequity. Gender incapability and
inequity always favours vested interest around the world to have an upper hand on Natural values
to create conflict, violence and domination among one another to live in misery. The
accumulation of wealth and luxury at the same pole is injurious to global warmth and natural
Process.
Humans are in need to remember that the nature need to turn in its own axis and provide oxygen,
hydrogen, solar energy and so on free of cost for the survival of life forms on earth. Now, the
count down is already begun to protect the generation from global warming without any
guarantee on next generation. Science measures the carbons and not the humans who do! The
Gender gap, Gender bias, gender disability and gender domination .Look at the enclosed global
gender index. And compare gender ratio of the participated male, female and neuter genders
among 190 countries assembled at Bali meet Dec 2007 and their response in the form of Road
map which took vast gap of two years for negotiation period on climate change. The hell is very
close in the form of forced migration, starvation and death /extinction of life forms to leave the
Paradise of Biosphere prior to cosmic transformation.
Let us not shed tears on our classified draft agreements like at Bali! But the United Nations
must prepare the draft agreements well in advance in all UN meets in parallel with the Global
gender index ratio of the participant’s Nation plus participant’s male, female and neuter gender
ratio along with the substitute ratio of the participants at the venue for galvanization to gain
approval, signature on draft agreements without lead-time, provisions and amendments like at
Bali!
The United Nations should take strong measures to stop the wars, invasions, unnatural deaths,
forced or unnecessary migrations to maintain the equity ratio of male, female and neuter genders
at various geographical regions. The United Nations need to continue with its forceful
methodology of darkening the cities without lights, control whale hunting at mid sea and taxing
on carbon emission to upgrade biosphere until the civilization achieve gender equity to generate
sustainability and conscious beings .
Has and have not’s around the world is still in search for Peace due to missing natural flow of
pro -genitive information in their conscious from history. The missing or inadequate hereditary
recombinant pro-genitive natural information, among the gender/genetic sequences in a social
structure are cheaply engage human emotional values for profitability without gaining
adequate moral values. The inadequate moral responses in the pool of human faith or trust of
polity or numerical game theory are deteriorate the galvanization and unanimous amalgamation
on moral issues such as Global warming, gender equity and equality within the houses, Nation
and among United Nations.

Theory:
Economics & educations together influences human conscience to develop applications and
not consciousness which requires trait embodied virtuous human elements in social sequences
to improve moral justifications for viable connectivity and conductivity.
Human consciousness, connectivity and conductivity can be refined through gender equity
which improves human justification and righteousness for galvanization.
The missing pro genitive information from history causes humans to get addicted with some
sources to submerge in the ocean of emotional world in lack of moral justification.
The gender equity just not ends on male and female. But the neuter gender has the major role
to play among them. The neuter genders are natural phenomenon and were real out of
imperative conception processed in the nucleus to balance male, female of positive and
negative attitudes in a social structure. Therefore, priority should be given to neuter gender
than female population to gain global gender equity rapidly, systematically and automatically.
More the state/Global gender equity ratio of male, female and neuter gender is more the
galvanization ratio at any meets or assembly for unanimous amalgamation on draft
agreements for successful sessions in harmony.
The gender equity of male, female and neuter gender ratio are to be maintained among the
committee he who prepare the UN draft agreements for galvanization.
Better the gender index ratio is better the galvanization ratio on draft agreements at any meets.
More the unequal participant’s ratio of male, female and neuter gender [including substitute
participants] is the more mutation ratio on draft agreement at any meet for failure.
Therefore, successful Global, governmental, Civilsocities, inter- governmental or inter state
meet on global worming are depending upon the fair gender equity ratio of male, female and
