Definition of a Parallelogram:
A parallelogram is a quadrilateral with two
pairs of sides parallel.
Properties of a Parallelogram
1. In a parallelogram, both pairs of opposite
sides are parallel. (Definition)
2. In a parallelogram, both pairs of opposite
sides are congruent. (Theorem)
3. In a parallelogram, both pairs of opposite
