Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. Please submit your paper in PDF format via the electronic submission system available in EasyChair: http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icics2011 Prospective authors are expected to present their papers at the conference, which will include a number of special sessions and tutorials. Tutorial and special sessions authors must submit their proposals including title, rationale, session outline, and contact information to the conference secretariat before the deadline.
