DEBRA PRINCE ZINNI ‘92 WILMINGTON, Del. – Ursuline Academy is proud to announce that Dr. Debra Prince Zinni ‘92 will return to speak to the Anthropology class on Monday, December 19th at 8:00 am. Dr. Prince Zinni has helped train Federal Bureau of Investigation agents in recovery and mapping techniques of skeletal remains. At the request of the United Nations, she worked to analyze skeletal remains from genocide victims from Bosnia and Kosovo. Dr. Prince Zinni has also conducted osteological analyses with military recovery teams in Southeast Asia and was the State Forensic Anthropologist for Massachusetts while an Assistant Professor at Boston University School of Medicine. Currently, Dr. Prince Zinni is working at the Joint Prisoners of War Central (JPAC) Identification Lab in Hawaii. At JPAC, Dr. Prince Zinni works to account for all American’s missing as a result of the nation’s past conflicts. “I am very happy to welcome back one of our alumnae to come and speak to the Anthropology class. I feel honored that Dr. Prince Zinni would come to share her expertise in Forensic Anthropology with us. She is a great role model for all of our students at Ursuline that women can enter into top fields of science and be very successful,” said Sr. Betty McAdams, OSU, Anthropology teacher.
