REGULAR MONTHLY VET CHECKS WILL ALLOW THIS GUARANTEE TO BE DOCUMENTED BY
YOUR VET. YOU MUST HAVE A PAPER TRAIL FOR YOUR PET'S HEALTH GUARANTEE.
MONTHLY VET WORMING -SHOT RECORDS - WEIGHT AND HEIGHT OF YOUR PET MUST BE
DOCUMENTED AS WELL AS VETS COMMENTS FOR HIS/HER OVERALL HEALTH. YOU MUST
KEEP AND FURNISH REGULAR MONTHLY VET VISITS AND FOOD RECEIPTS FOR THE FIRST
YEAR OF LIFE THAT YOU HAVE OWNED YOUR KITTEN. IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE THIS, DO
NOT CALL US AS WE WILL NOT COVER YOUR PET. IT IS THAT IMPORTANT FOR A HEALTHY
KITTEN. WE ALSO HAVE THE RIGHT WITH YOUR PERMISSION TO CALL YOUR VET AND
VERIFY INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PET IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THAT ARISES.
Health Guarantee - Highland Lynx-Desert Lynx
Guarantee - We guarantee that you will love our Highland Lynx/Desert Lynx Cats as they are one of the most
wonderful cats a family could ever have.
We guarantee our kittens' health for 3 days (72 hours) after purchase. During these 3 days, you make take
your kitten to your veterinarian to be checked for any health concerns. If you plan to do this, you must keep
your kitten away from all other pets during this time to avoid injury or infection. Exposing your kitten
during this time period will void our health guarantee. In the event your veterinarian finds a serious, life
threatening illness or genetic defect, we will then require a second vet exam by a different clinic and separate
licensed Veterinarian stating the exact descriptive health issue, since diagnosis can vary from vet to vet and
sometimes they can be wrong. Therefore, we require two separate exams for your protection as well as to get
the true issue at hand. If the kitten in fact has a health issue, we will replace the kitten with a kitten from an
available litter or the next available litter. Under no circumstances, will we ever give cash refund on any
kitten at anytime unless for some unforeseen reason we cannot furnish your kitten as promised. If you are
purchasing a future litter and the breeding does not happen we will offer you a new kitten from a different
breeding or litter of equal value at your choice at no additional cost to you. Shipping is at buyer’s expense if
he/she is returning a kitten, he/she must ship it to our closest airport at his/her expense. At this time, the
closest airport is Billings Logan International Airport in Billings, Montana.
To be eligible for a year guarantee you must schedule a vet exam in the first 72 hours (3 days) of having your
kitten to validate your guarantee, no exceptions. You will have a week advance or more of when your kitten
will arrive to schedule with your veterinarian. We will not give a guarantee if you cannot show us a copy of
his/her first health report. We will give you a delivery time in advance so you can consulate your veterinarian
to get the kitten’s scheduled health check up,

Vaccinating pets is the pet owners responsibility and you owe it to your loved ones and your
pet to keep up with your shot schedule and worming. Nothing can be more devastating to a

family then to lose their beloved pet because of lack of vaccinations. We wish to spare you
the heart break so please vaccinate your pet!!

Common cat diseases that are often prevented with vaccinations and therefore not covered
or guaranteed under our health guarantee include Rabies; Upper Respiratory Infection;
Feline Panleukopenia (feline distemper); Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV); Feline
Infectious Peritonitis (FIP); Feline Chlamydia; Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV);
Tritrichomonas, Parasites such as fleas, ear mites, hookworms, ringworm and tapeworms.
Coccidia; Lower Urinary Tract Disease (LUTD); diabetes; common Skin Diseases such as
immune related, infectious skin diseases, hereditary and developmental skin diseases and
cutaneous manifestations of internal diseases. Some of the most common cat skin diseases
are alopecia, cheyletiellosis and acne.

IMPORTANT: NuVet: Our health guarantee becomes null and void if we do not have
records of your cat being kept on NuVet for at least the first 1 year (warranty period) of
their life. How NuVet works with our health guarantee. We strive to breed genetically
sound pets, but genetics are only part of raising a healthy, sound pet. Another large
component is nutrition. Cat foods on the market cannot be relied upon solely to meet your
dog’s nutritional requirements. Poor nutrition can be attributed to a number of health
issues.

NOTE: This said, we require that your kitten be supplemented with “NuVet Plus Feline.”

therefore, it is not necessary to keep up with your receipts, we do that for you.

This contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Montana. In the event of any dispute, the
parties mutually agree that the dispute will be settled under the jurisdiction of Custer County,
Montana. All parties mutually agree that all attorney fees shall be paid by the buyer.

Lastly we do require you feed your kitten a higher quality pet food for the warrantee
period. We do require and will ask to furnish receipts of cat food you have fed to your
kitten. Why? IT IS VERY IMPORTANT WHAT YOU FEED YOUR kitten. What you feed
your kitten is how well or not your kitten will grow in general health. We ask for the first
year of his or her life he/she is fed a high quality kitten food for his or her full growth
potential. It has been proven time and time again that low cost low end foods will cause
health defects. You are what you eat and so are they. Ask your veterinarian for a list of
brands of quality cat foods. It is that IMPORTANT for the health and life of your pet. If you
cannot furnish the receipts of the food you have fed for the first year you will forfeit your
guarantee. Most every Vet will recommend a top quality cat food if they do not we will be
happy to recommend a few, please keep them with your papers. Hybrids do not digest grains
well, corn or soy. Check the ingredients of your cat food; stay away from those that have
corn or by product as the first ingredient. We want you and your kitten to have a life time of
enjoyment together. We love our pets and we know you will love yours as well; some are
unaware of the risks of low quality foods.
