Developed by the UBC Department of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences, this one day
course offers non-ophthalmologists an opportunity to update their ophthalmology
knowledge and skills through active learning.
The course will run with 3 streams devoted to:
1) Family Medicine
2) Pediatrics
3) Internal Medicine
Participants will gain confidence in ophthalmic conditions commonly encountered in
their practice through a series of lectures and hands-on workshops facilitated by local
ophthalmologists.
