INTRACRANIAL REGULATION Trinity Valley Community College Associate Degree Nursing Focused Clinical Activity – Level III Concept: Intracranial Regulation Clinical Objectives: 1. The student will compare 2 patients with intracranial regulation deficits. 2. The student will differentiate physiological and psychological clinical manifestations of intracranial regulation deficits. 3. The student will be able to identify the Stroke Center Criteria (F.A.S.T.) as it applies to one of the 2 identified patients. Instructions: 1. The student will complete the form for each patient. 2. The student will be able to discuss 3 different clinical manifestation of intracranial regulation deficits. 3. By each of the sections below place a F. A. S. or T. as it applies to the criteria for FAST stroke lay persons assessment.
