Client projects include:
Maryland State Department of Education: Coded and maintained two large ASP.Net-based, SQL Server
driven public web sites used for reporting standardized test data; mdk12.org and mdreportcard.org. Also,
developed web front end for data entry and dynamic display of XML data, including the Common Core
Initiative.
Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI): Developed XML- and MySQL-driven web applications in Perl
and PHP on the cspinet.org web site.
National Geographic Society (NGS): Developed Unix/Oracle database applications to support
NationalGeographic.com, including the National Geographic Channel TV Guide. Planned and created a webbased data entry system and a template-driven HTML publishing application.
Illinois State Board of Education: Designed and developed a SQL Server database for Educational Standards
and related lesson plans. Developed software applications for teachers to enter lesson plans and upload
related files in several formats.
