Artemis
My paper is about the Greek goddess Artemis. She has three dogs, a bloodhound, a greyhound,
and a beagle. Artemis is the goddess of hunt and moon and was tricked into killing a human that she
liked to hunt with.
Artemis has a big family. She has a brother named Apollo, a mother named Leto, and a dad
named Zeus. Artemis’s roman name is Diana. She was the one that was born first. She has a silver
chariot.
Artemis’s powers are Hunt, wild animals, birth, and can heal people and animals. Some of her
symbols are bow, arrows, stags, hunting dog, and moon. She can make people miss when they take a
shot at a deer, turkey, or something else. She always hunts with all three dogs of hers. Artemis can
control where you ame, where the bullet goes and where is arrow and if you hit it at all goes.
Some of the myths of Artemis were when she shot the “friend” she liked to hunt with and her
brother didn’t want her to be hunting with her so he said “I bet you can’t hit that little black dot out
there in the sea.” She said” Yes I can shot that little black dot.” When she did her brother was smiling at
her. The next day she went to the beach and found Orion lying on the sand. She then went to Zeus and
told him to put Orion in the sky. The other myth is when she killed the Thebes’s children.
I condoled that Artemis is very good with her magic powers. She almost sounds like the job that
my dad does. When I grow up I want to be just like her. I love to go deer and turkey hunting. This year I
am going to try to get a turkey. Artemis love the woods, forests, and other wooded areas.
