«ASPECTS OF CLINICAL PRACTICE IN KYRGYZSTAN FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS» RUSLAN LIUKHUROV The clinical practice of students is the most important link in training of medical personnel and is an integral part of the educational process. The main task of the clinical practice is to obtain and improvement by future doctors of practical knowledge and skills in patient care, diagnosis and treatment of patients, acquaintance with the organization and working conditions of a secondary medical staff and doctors in regional, city and district hospitals, district service of clinics, ambulance stations. Foreign students can study clinical practice at the clinical bases of a higher educational institution or at the place of residence on the basis of a personal application certified and approved by the dean's office and the department of practice. Subsequently, with the delivery of all the necessary documentation and an exam with a demonstration of practical skills in simulation centers on training dummies. In modern, rapidly developing conditions, society needs graduates of higher educational institutions (in our case, a medical profile) with practical experience, including those gained in the process of educational and clinical practice. As a result of the acquired practical skills, young specialists should become competitive both in terms of further education and in terms of work in the clinic. Therefore, the practical training of future specialists with higher medical education is one of the most important conditions for the implementation of state policy in the field of improving the quality of medical education of future doctors. Foreign students study clinical practice with great interest and take an active part in academic time and free time, try to get more skills, apply and consolidate theoretical knowledge in practice. The purpose of this work: timely identification of problems arising in the process of practical training for medical students, and the development of ways to eliminate these problems, which should improve the preparation of a future specialist for practical work, improving the quality of knowledge and skills obtained in a medical university. Research objectives: to study the problems (difficulties) during the practical training of medical students; highlight the priority (most common) difficulties of students; outline ways of solving emerging problems. Materials and research methods To solve the set tasks, a questionnaire and survey of 108 students was carried out. The questionnaire for the survey was focused on the satisfaction with the practice, the completeness of the acquisition of practical skills and the problems that arise during the practice. At the same time, 94 students out of the respondents were practicing in health care institutions at their place of residence (India, Pakistan) The results of the survey, the following results. Out of 10 questions of the questionnaire, students were asked to choose at least 5 answers to the problems (difficulties) that have arisen in the process of practice. At the same time, all the interviewed students were satisfied with the results of practical training (regardless of the base of its passing) - they understood the importance of practical skills. Not a single person answered positively to the proposed option: "Dissatisfaction with this practice." The overwhelming majority of the students participating in the survey noted a positive psychological atmosphere in the teams of medical institutions where they underwent industrial practice. Thus, having studied the emerging problems during the passage of students, we can draw the following conclusions: 1. Industrial practice for medical students is an important continuation of theoretical training during the academic year and educational practice and allows you to increase the level of their theoretical knowledge, as well as practical skills, and provides further motivation for training in medical direction. 2. It is necessary to pay more attention to those arising from students after the first year (lack of skills in filling out documentation; lack of practical skills and abilities; lack of educational practice on manipulation algorithms; lack of knowledge in communicating with patients, etc.). 3. Heads of practice and teachers of training sessions at a medical university in subsequent courses of study need to find out the difficulties encountered by students and solve them systematically, preparing graduates for the next stages of practice and for their further independent work. CLINICAL PRACTICE Universities of Kyrgyzstan are trying to provide everything possible for better teaching of clinical skills, thus foreign students are taught in simulation centers. During practice, foreign students face the following problems: • The need for the constant presence of a leader • Difficulty explaining and Russian-speaking patients understanding • Difficult understanding of hospital documentation in Russian. • Unwillingness patients contact with local and foreign students etc. Therefore, the issue of clinical practice is very relevant today: 1. It is necessary to create academic mobility with English-speaking universities abroad (India, Pakistan and others) for internships (clinical practice) with English-speaking patients. 2. Adding more hours of teaching Russian with the presentation of a certificate of knowledge of the Russian language for better doctor-patient contact and the development of clinical thinking. 3. Creation of telemedicine with English-speaking patients to train students in collecting complaints, anamnesis and teaching patient counseling. 4. Creation of a clinic for the treatment of Englishspeaking patients who wish to receive treatment away from relatives and friends, to receive treatment using balneology therapy (nature of the mountains, mountain lakes, medicinal waters, hot springs, natural products without the use of GMOs and much more).
