INTELLIGENCE BEYO STELL After-Sales Procedure AxONE Multirow Aligment and additional stoppers Installation AXONE-PVH-AS-PRO-6001A1 KEYPOINTS ● ROWS ALIGMENT CHECK MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO STOPPER INSTALLATION ● ALIGMENT CRITERIA WILL BE DEFINED IN THIS PROCEDURE ● STOPPER INSTALLATION IS DONE TO PREVENT ROWS MOVEMENT CAUSED BY SLOPE “STOPPING SLIPPING” ● ○ NORTH SLOPE →Stoppers should be installed in the south face of the posts. ○ SOUTH SLOPE →Stoppers should be installed in the north face of the posts. ○ NO SLOPE →Stoppers should be installed in both, facing south and north face of the posts. Before starting the repair, you need to know how much the deviation of the Driveline is in each of the rows that are part of the set. The Drive arm is placed in the centre of the torque tube and must coincide considering the tolerances in the manual and therefore the possible deviations with average distance between the two central posts. You need to know if this requirement is met in the first and last row of the set. If both rows are in their correct situation, meaning that the centre of the tube and the average distance between the central posts coincide, you can use them as a reference for the rest and check the alignment of the whole set. If, on the other hand, some of these rows or both are misaligned, you must begin correcting these so that they serve as a reference for the rest. You can make the longitudinal alignment 5 | After-sales Procedure AXONE-PVH-AS-PRO-6001A1 DRIVELINE ALIGMENT RECTIFICATION As previously stated, in order to realign the rows which have been displaced as a consequence of the slope of the trackers you need them to be placed with the modules at 0º to be able to exert a force on the rod 6 | After-sales Procedure The criteria to accept an aligned driveline must be 2 cm maximum deviation from his center measured with a plumb-line. AXONE-PVH-AS-PRO-6001A1 MECHANICAL PROCEDURE You can use as a fixed point the IPE next to you and a hydraulic jack to exert the force which causes the displacement of the torque tube. We will move the torque tube until the centre of the rod coincide with the laser ray. 7 | After-sales Procedure AXONE-PVH-AS-PRO-6001A1 INTELLIGENCE BEYO STELL BENDED POSTHEAD ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA AXONE-PVH-AS-PRO-6001A1 MEASUREMENT CRITERIA The criteria that determines if a bended posthead must be repaired is 1,5º measured in the middle of the posthead. Option 2: Outside the central piles, if there is no place between the post-head and the panel rail clam. blue stopper Note: The stopper can’t touch the post-head joining bolt, so may be the stoppers has to have cutted two edges. If there is no space in central posts, stoppers can be installed in posts 4 and 7. 11 | After-sales Procedure AXONE-PVH-AS-PRO-6001A1 Traker Model: AxOne multirow Torque tube Slope: YES – to NORTH Stoppers to install: 2 units at SOUTH position OPTION 2- 1stopper in central piles and 1 stopper in exterior piles, if there is not space .They should be installed according to local avaiability. There are 4 valid options: STOPPER 1 Central pile number OPTION 1- 2 stoppers in the central piles. If there is enough space the stoppers should be installed in pilles 5 and 6 (central piles) North slope (measured on the torque tube) STOPPER 2 External pile number 5 4 5 7 6 4 6 7 ? North slope (measured on the torque tube) NORTH 14 | After-sales Procedure South slope (measured on the torque tube) SOUTH Displacement is cuased against slope due to the effect of tracker misalignment AXONE-PVH-AS-PRO-6001A1 INTELLIGENCE BEYO STELL ASSEMBLING NOTES AXONE-PVH-AS-PRO-6001A1 ASSEMBLING KEYPOINTS The PVC bearing position should be maximized. Stopper must be installed when the PVC bearing is displaced to the headpost at maximum.
