Quick Reminder...
We use ACCESS FM when
analysing existing products. We
refer to it when creating our
design brief. We base our
specifications on it, and we are
evaluated our own product using
it. You should be masters of it!

The Game
1. A different product will show on the screen.
2. We will go around the room, person by person. Everyone is standing.
3. We will go around the class till every specification type from ACCESS FM has
been said.
4. The first student can pick any specification type...if they pick Materials, then the
next student, can be pick only ACCESS F….If they pick Aesthetics, then the next
student can only pick from CCESS F…. (I will cross off the letters as we go)
5. If you get it wrong, or can’t think of anything - you are out - sit down!
OH AND….
I’m showing products from all
around the world...and from years
past.so depending on your personal
and cultural experiences….you may
or may not know what they are! This
means ‘function’ and ‘customer’
might be very hard!
