I am participating in activities at the shooting range at the Winthrop Game Protective League, a nonprofit corporation
(hereinafter “WGPL”) located near Winthrop, MN. I understand the risks and hazards involved, and I recognize serious
and potentially life – threatening injuries can occur while shooting a firearm or participating with others, either in a
club sponsored program or on my own at the range or by simply being at the range while others are present.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the activities and/or programs at the shooting range, I agree to
assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, of whatsoever kind and
nature, which I might incur as a result of participating at the shooting range.
As a member, you will inform yourself and abide by rules and regulations of WGPL, both verbal and written, presented
by WGPL personnel. And, that if I do not follow these rules and regulations, my permission to participate may be
restricted or revoked, and any fee or charges paid will NOT be refunded.
As a member, you will grant WGPL permission to use photographic and /or video images for the purpose of marketing,
publishing and promoting WGPL. All membership information, including email addresses will not be sold or shared.
