hereby declares that all products and/or packaging supplied conform to the provisions of
a) Regulation (EG) 1907/2006 (REACH)
- Article 67
Restrictions for the production, placing on the market, and use of particular hazardous
substances, their preparation and products
- Article 33
Communication of information about materials used in products and/or packaging in the
event that ingredients with a content in excess of 0.1 mass percentage (w/w) that have
been classified as particularly alarming by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
- Article 59
The supplier undertakes to provide a product ingredients declaration pursuant to the
SVHC - Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern, immediately and unsolicited
as soon as it becomes known that a limit value has been exceeded is discovered.
b) Directive 2002/95/EG (ROHS)
If any claims are made against WAHL GmbH/Unterkirnach or WAHL
Kft./Mosonmagyaróvár by any third parties because the supplier supplies products that do not
conform to the above mentioned directives, the supplier undertakes to release WAHL GmbH
/Wahl Kft. from these liabilities.
