Next Tuesday – last water exercise – pool closes day after Labor Day
There were 45 people attending the August breakfast
Waiting on Cunningham Door to begin work on clubhouse doorway to the pool area
Board repaired on balcony
Loose garbage in dumpster – residents not bagging garbage causing dumpster to reek
8404 – drain stopped up – not fixed yet – overflowing
Light out at entrance to gym – grill placed out front in pool area so they can be used after
pool closes
Next board meeting will be September 25th
Mary Ann Pruden – Trash not emptied out Monday
Names on entranceways – need someone to do this job – Pat Dant and Norma volunteered

July Minutes – Ed Yocum motioned that the July minutes be accepted, Jeanie Tucker
seconded the motion and the motion was passed
Clubhouse Report - the clubhouse is scheduled for 6 rentals scheduled in July with 1
cancelling and 5 scheduled in August with 1 cancelling – bank balance of $7,179.22 with
small spending money of $21.14
Financial Report – Denise Waddle presented the financial reports for the past month.
August 17th set for breakfast in the clubhouse
FHA Eligibility – Rules and regulations – the information from renters required by the board
is overdone – only can require names – subletting is legal (board cannot prohibit this)
Ken Wolf and reserve study – may be done next month
Urns for cigarettes – done
Gym air conditioner – working now
Ralph Lynch – fingerprints on glass and clean up on ledge – Dan Rapp will discuss these
issues with Ralph
Larger tree cut down 3503 – have not heard anything yet – shrub at 3807 unit 102 – Dan to
call Greenscapes
3503 – water leak in ceiling – leak fixed – ceiling needs fixing
Denny Crum’s daughter’s condo water damage – Dan Rapp says it is the associations’
responsibility to fix the dry wall
Walkthrough - to look at columns – Denise Waddle says that Trex is under a lawsuit for mold
problems – wants us to use some other composite
Post replacements – same issue
8417 – trim painted – exposed pipe taken care of
3911 – Koshewa’s plants – not moved yet – may have to wait for cooler weather
3501 – fence needs painting, still
3501 – dryer vent stopped up, Dan Rapp to look into this
Treadmill Medic – invoice sent to Dan Rapp for a check
Straps on pool chairs – will be done before next year – tarps over chairs and put away for
winter
Elliptical machine broken – cost too much to repair
A resident is using the airdyne bike as an elliptical machine by standing and peddling – this
will damage the exercise bike
New exercise equipment – cord is stripped – going to be replaced – users letting weights
slam down instead of slowly lowering them – need to put up a sign on how to use the
equipment

Reconnected down spout that came apart at 8411 Ambrosse next to unit 102
Pulled back carpet in closet and bedroom and checked for mold or any signs of leak
Rehung drywall in bathroom ceiling, refinished ceiling from drain leak at 8413 Ambrosse

Cleaned drywall compound off arch window at 8402 Ambrosse
Fixed maintenance garage door
Replaced light bulbs in clubhouse
Fixed door closed on door going out to garage hallway at 3508 Yardley
Reinstalled fallen down spout at 8413 Ambrosse next to window of unit 103
Paint new 9Lite trim of entry door glass at 8413 Ambrosse
Installed door sweep on entry at 8406 Ambrosse #102
Replaced rotten woodwork on deck post and header beam above deck at 8510 Ambrosse
