Finance Shared Services Center Project Manager
Requisitos:
The ideal candidate will have:
 Licenciatura or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field with at
least 7 years of relevant experience.
 Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Green Belt certification required.
 Excellent project management skills including stakeholder management, ability to partner & lead cross
functional teams.
 Proactive, self-directed, able to work effectively and assertively with Senior Managers.
 Capable to communicate with all levels of the organization, concisely and clearly articulating key
messages.
 Ability to think long term, strategic thinking and complex problem solving
 Experience leading strategic thinking sessions
 Project Management Fluid English
 Incorporated to CPCECR
Objetivo o funciones del puesto:
1. Manage projects for operations in Latin America and operations resulting from integration of Merger and
Acquisitions landing in Costa Rica's Shared Service Center
2. Assist the strategic planning process of the Shared Service Center located in Costa Rica
3. Work with Finance Senior Management on workforce planning exercises to ensure organizational
capabilities are ready for growth
4. Identify and drive analysis and projects to improve Shared Service Center competitiveness (such as
productivity and efficiency indicators to keep on par with industry standards)
5. Works on special projects leveraging Lean Six Sigma knowledge/experience
The person in this role will develop a strong biz acumen on how the operation of a Shared Service Center is run, will
stretch his/her strategic thinking as solutions for complex problems are defined and will obtain the opportunity to
shape performance of this organization.
