Job Description
Financial Planning Assistant- 75% of time
This position is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the Advisor team by applying leadership,
organizational, administrative, communication and scheduling skills. This person will represent Trinity Capital
Management in a personable manner by demonstrating flexibility, resourcefulness and a professional attitude.
Hospitality Coordinator- 25% of time
Client focused service. Hospitality for our clients and our team – meeting prep, readiness, preparing a welcoming
space, thinking of client needs ahead of time, and event planning.
Making sure clients feel cared for if they have to wait for the Advisor’s attention.
Required Qualifications
BA or BS required.
Minimum two years of office experience, preferably in financial services.
Demonstrated ability to organize information and activities. Excellent communication skills with strong team
emphasis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), database management, and the internet.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal supervision.
Willingness to complete job specific coursework.
