The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania defines a solicitation “Addendum” as an addition to or amendment of the original
terms, conditions, specification, or instruction of a procurement solicitation (e.g. Invitation for Bids, Request for Quotes
and Request for Proposals).
The following changes have been made to Section IV-3 Requirements. Subsection H.4.a of the RFP:
A. There was a formatting error in the RFP. '4a. Data' should actually be '5. Data' and be independent of '4.
Retailer Reporting.' '5. Data' refers to the availability of all data upon DOH request.
For Solicitation where a “hard copy” (vs. electronic) response if requested:
 If you already submitted a response to the original solicitation, you may either submit a new response, or return
this Addendum with a statement that your original response remains firm, by the due date to the following
