This statement should not refer to the “Mount Hardy Copper Mine prospect” (refer ASX Announcement 27th September 2012). In addition the company wishes to point out an error in the reported number of rock samples with Cu values >1%. From the 276 Niton* rock sample readings, a total of 137 samples had >1% Cu (not 129 samples as originally reported), of which 58 samples were >10% Cu. Complete tables of all samples collected at each prospect are included in Tables 1 and 2 below: Total Samples/Readings Niton* Niton* Prospect Name Soil Rock EM Target #1 147 63 EM Target #2 54 19 EM Target #3 54 0 EM Target #4 27 0 EM Target #5 27 0 EM Target #6 42 0 Mount Hardy Area 271 175 Browns Area 132 19 Total 754 276 Lab Rock 25 9 2 0 0 0 55 21 112 Total Samples 235 82 56 27 27 42 501 172 1142 Table 1: Total samples/readings collected over Mount Hardy Project Area CONTACT DETAILS Paul Burton | +61 8 9327 0900 Nicholas Read | +61 419 929 046 Simon Robertson | +61 8 9327 0900 Rock >1% Cu Prospect Name EM Target #1 EM Target #2 EM Target #3 EM Target #4 EM Target #5 EM Target #6 Mount Hardy Area Browns Area Total 59 10 NA NA NA NA 54 14 137 Rock >10% Cu 33 6 NA NA NA NA 13 6 58 Soil >100 ppm Cu 15 3 0 0 0 0 82 9 109 Soil >500 ppm Cu 3 0 0 0 0 0 19 1 23 Table 2: Summary of Niton* readings in Rock and Soil at Mount Hardy Project * Cautionary Statement: All chemical analyses results quoted in this announcement are from a NitonXRF portable analyser model XLt. As such, they may not be representative of the whole sample, nor should they be seen as a substitute for laboratory-based chemical analysis. Initial analysis of all rock chip samples and soil readings was carried out using the Company’s NitonXRF portable analyser*. A total of 112 rock samples have been submitted to the laboratory for multielement chemical analyses. The company also wishes to further clarify in Figures 1 and 2, additional rock samples that indicate the extent of copper and multi-element Niton* assays across the Mount Hardy Project Area prospects (refer to Figure 3), which provide encouragement for the potential to host extensive sub-surface mineralisation. As such they may not be representative of the whole sample, nor should they be seen as a substitute for laboratory-based chemical analysis. TNG Limited | ASX Announcement Figure 2 is an additional photograph of a rock sample collected from Electro-Magnetic (EM) target 2, showing an association of elevated copper with coincident zinc and lead in gossan. For clarification, although these results were included in the original Niton* result range (see ASX release 27th September 2012), the importance of this association was not highlighted. A multi-element association of this type is of significance as the combination of these elements may reflect the presence of a Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) source. Laboratory assay result assessment, as well as further sampling and drilling, will need to be completed to fully test this. Analytical laboratory results from the samples submitted for assay are expected in approximately three weeks. Paul E Burton Managing Director * Cautionary Statement: All chemical analyses results quoted in this announcement are from a Niton XRF portable analyser model XLt. As such they may not be representative of the whole sample, nor should they be seen as a substitute for laboratory-based chemical analysis.
