1. What are the payment methods acceptable?
• Currently Liberty only accepts NETS payment via AXS kiosks.
2. What is the daily transaction limit on the AXS kiosks?
• The daily transaction limit is as per daily transaction limit imposed by the bank on your
ATM card.
3. How do I pay for my Invoices with an amount higher than S$3,000?
• You can make multiple transactions in any amount you wish, depending on the daily
transaction limit, to pay for the Invoice in full.
E.G.. Invoice Amount of S$4,000 and daily NETS limit of S$2,000 - You will need to
make Payment #1 S$2,000, Payment #2 S$2,000 on separate days as you have
reached your personal daily NETS limit.

Which type of Insurance Policy is payable through AXS?
• All Liberty Products with valid policy number and renewal number (E.G.
SD14V12345/R00) are eligible for AXS payment.

5. How can I make payment for my Motor/Other insurance?
1.Scan the Barcode on the Invoice
2.Manually key in the details of Invoice
a) Policy Number /R Number (for all insurance) and/or
b) Cover Note Number (for Motor insurance)
• For examples, kindly refer to the screenshots
6. I have encountered some technical errors during transaction and the AXS
kiosk screen has frozen. Who should I call?
• Please contact AXS Customer Care Hotline at 6560 2727 (8am to 10pm daily) to
resolve these technical related issues.
7. If I have accidentally paid a bill by mistake and require a refund, what
should I do?
• In this case, kindly contact Liberty’s Customer Service at 1800-LIBERTY (5423 789)
(8.30am to 5.30pm during working days/hours) with the invoice receipt number. Our
Customer Service Executives will advice you on further steps.

8. My payment was not received/acknowledged by Liberty after making the
payment via AXS, why did this happen?
• It takes 2 working days to process and update your payment.
Kindly allow at least 48 hrs before contacting Liberty Insurance with details such as
scanned receipt and Policy number.
9. Where can I make payment for Liberty Policy via AXS?
• Payment for Liberty policy via AXS can be made at the Physical AXS Kiosks island
wide.
Online Payment via AXS mobile apps and website is currently not available.
