Tarnobrzeg Industrial and Technology Park Park Name: Tarnobrzeg Industrial and Technology Park Park Type: Industrial Park Stage of development: Tarnobrzeg Industrial and Technology Park is at the preliminary stage of development. The Park was opened in December 2013. Status SSE: Tarnobrzeg Industrial and Technology Park is a subzone of the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-Park WISLOSAN Location: Tarnobrzeg Industrial and Technology Park is located in the South East of Poland, in podkarpackie voivodeship, Tarnobrzeg City. The Tarnobrzeg Commune is the owner of land and real estate in the Park. Tarnobrzeg Development Agency is responsible for Park management. The total area of the Park is about 28 hectares of full infrastructure land (green field) with an industrial building and a technology incubator facility (brown field). Access roads leading to both buildings are conveniently connected with the national road no 723 Warszawska Street.The Park is located 80 km from Rzeszów - the capitol of podkarpackie voivodeship and 73 km from the nearest international airport Rzeszów - Jasionka. The motorway A4 ( 75 km from the Park) is one of the biggest transit routes in Southern Poland connecting Western and Easter Europe. There are couple of railway stations within 7 km distance: Tarnobrzeg and Sandomierz Offer: The Industrial and Technology Park is a subzone of the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISLOSAN. It has been crated to accelerate land development and support business initiatives. There are 4 armed plots in the park to be sold or leased: Plot A no 406/37 are of 1.93 ha, Plot B no 406/39 area of 12.9424 ha, Plot C no 406/41 area of 2.3792 ha, Plot D no 783/8 area of 8.3346 ha The land is dedicated for production activities based on modern technologies or engineering. Production Hall The production hall building is a single-storey facility with a rectangular footprint, constructed using prefabricated reinforced concrete construction technology. The exterior wall is constructed from lightweight wall layers. In terminal bays, two-storey brick auxiliary buildings are located with staff/office rooms in direct contact with the production hall. The building is divided into three production zones with the following floor areas: Zone 1 Useable area 882 m2 Zone 2 Useable area 868 m2 Zone 3 Useable area 880 m2 Total Production Hall Area 2 630 m2 The production hall has 6 entrances, (two for each zone), 5.0 x 6.0 m in dimension. The production area possesses surface-hardened concrete flooring. Each sector is separately metered and charged for heat and electricity use. The building is equipped with the following systems: water-sanitation, central heating, natural gas, mechanical ventilation, electrical, telephone and internet, industrial television, and additionally, in the administrative/staff rooms – a cooling system. Warm water is heated with renewable energy – solar collectors. The basic parameters of the building: External dimensions: 102 m x 30 m External building area: 3 076 m2, Ground floor useable area: social and production areas 2 977 m2, Second floor useable area: offices 301 m2, Total useable area: 3 278 m2, Volume: approx. 33 400 m3, Building height: 11,30 m, Minimum height of the production zone: 9,00 m. Incubator The incubator building is a two-storey building. Constructed using prefabricated reinforced cement construction technology. Exterior made from lightweight layered walls. The building is equipped with the following systems: water-sanitation, central heating, natural gas, mechanical ventilation, electrical, telephone and internet, industrial television, and additionally, in the administrative/social buildings – a cooling system. Warm water is heated with renewable energy – solar collectors. The building has a rectangular footprint divided into eight sectors for leasing, with four on the first floor and four sectors on the second. The first floor is intended for production-services-laboratory use with an administrative/staff section, while the second floor is intended for administrative/office use. Eight gates 4.5 x 3.5 m in area have been constructed in the production/services section.
