This phase which falls between completion of the feasibility study and start of project execution. Project Sanctioning Phase contain many aspects which demands a project phase in itself. The objective of the project sanctioning phase is to obtain full approval and financing for the project while preparing the project for execution, by looking back to the feasibility and forward to what is required for execution.
