Anne Lee is presently the Health Improvement Programme Manager for Education within Health Scotland. Current work includes firmly establishing the role of Health Scotland in the longer-term direction of policy in relation to health promoting schools, developing the capacity of staff to deliver on this agenda, and developing resources and training to support this. This role not only covers work around education establishments in terms of health improvement it also gives her an insight as to what is happening on the national and international front with regards to the health of children and young people. Specific developments include Growing Through Adolescence, Class Moves and SHARE and associated training, Previous positions include Integration Manager with East Dunbartonshire Council, and Health Promotion Specialist for Mental Health within Greater Glasgow NHS Board. Anne has a degree in Behavioural Sciences and post graduate qualification that include Health Promotion and Health Education.
