MEDIACION Y ARBITRAJE
Todo litigio, controversia o reclamación resultante de
este contrato, o relativo a éste, su cumplimiento,
resolución o nulidad, las partes acuerdan que buscarán
resolverlo primeramente por mediación en buena fe. En
caso que no se pueda resolver en un período de noventa
días de la fecha de notificación de la controversia,
entonces se resolverá por arbitraje. El procedimiento y
las reglas serán de acuerdo con los establecidos por la
Comision de Arbitraje de la CANACO de la Ciudad de
Mexico, D.F. El laudo concedido por el arbitrio(s) podrá
ser ejecutado en cualquier tribunal competente. El
número de árbitrios será de uno a tres. El lugar de
arbitraje será _________ (el estado de Baja California
Sur), México. Los idiomas que se utilizarán en el
procedimiento arbitral serán español e inglés y el costo
del procedimiento en la mediación será cubierto por
ambas partes, y en el arbitraje, lo solventará la parte que
resulte vencida o proporcionalmente al alcance
beneficioso para cada una.

MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or
relating to this contract or the breach, termination, or
invalidity thereof, shall be first mediated in good faith. In
the event the controversy cannot be resolved within a
period of ninety days from the date of notification of the
dispute, then the conflict shall be settled by arbitration.
Mediation and Arbitration procedures and settlements
shall be in accordance with the rules established by the
Arbitration Commission of the National Chamber of
Commerce (CANACO) of Mexico City, D.F. A judgement
upon the award rendered by the arbitrators may be
entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The
number of arbitrators shall be one to three. The place of
arbitration shall be __________ (the state of Baja
California Sur, México.) The languages to be used in the
arbitral proceedings shall be Spanish and English. The
cost of the mediation proceeding shall be shared by the
parties and in arbitration, the cost shall be paid by the
losing party or proportionally if benefit accrues to both
sides.
