Working in a PMO role and alongside taking up project management role has leveraged my skills to a
broader view in Program management activities. Looking forward for a Program management role to
chip-in my skills to organizational projects and further gain more knowledge in this field.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE


Yodlee, India (May 2010 to Till Date)
Lead – Program Management Office (Professional Services)
Project Management (Projects < $100,000).
 Currently handling 2 major projects (Duration 6 months).
 Providing informal and formal estimate for the Project based on the past similar projects. Work
with BA team in creating the SOW for the Projects and thereby getting the approval from
management for the SOW created.
 Creating the project plan (MPP) for the Project and share the project plan with the customer.
Negotiate for appropriate resources from other departments and assign them to project.
 Holding Kickoff call with the customer and there by setting up the environment for the Project.
Facilitate in troubleshooting issue during development and ensuring smooth production and go
live. Conduct weekly project status calls with the customer and management. Hold internal
meetings with other departments to ensure the project deliverables are within the budget and time.
 Updating the Project Dashboard with ETC, risks if any, reason for cost and time overrun if any.
And continuously monitoring the project for cost and time overruns.
 Creating Wiki page and IHOK (Internal handover kit) for the Project for conducting formal
transition of project to Yodlee Customer care. Holding calls with the customer for affective
transition of the project to customer care.
 Conduct post-project analysis and update the information in Central project SharePoint
 Communicating to finance on delivery of Stage and production environment, and finance will bill
the client in accordance with the Contract.
PMO (Project and Dashboard Setup)
 Maintain the Project and Dashboard setup SharePoint. Ensure Project and Dashboard setup
requests are processed within the defined SLA. Ensure that MPP templates, historical documents
are given to the Project managers. Help project managers to accurately create MPP and dashboard
in standard template.

PMO Reports.





Ensure timesheets are filled by Professional Service team
Oversee the creation of Utilization and compliance reports.
Review Utilization and Compliance reports.
Check the Billable and non billable utilization for Professional Services team and provide feedback
to management.
 Create the overall Project status report for professional services team.
PMO (Maintenance release (MR) Process)
 SPOC for all the MR activities in Professional Services team to ensure that Weekly MR process is
successfully run. Hold weekly meeting with Project managers to negotiate for respective project
bugs. Creating and reviewing MR Dashboard to send it to the management.

PMO (Bug Analysis)
 Ensure the daily and Weekly bug reports are release to PJMs. Ensure the Individual project bug
reports are released to the respective project managers.

PMO (Resource management)
 Reviewing the Resource allocation plan for other projects and there by assigning/ removing the
resources to / from the project.

PMO (Build and patch team)
 Manage the Build and patch team to ensure the daily build and patch requests are processed within
the defined SLA. Assisting Project managers on Build and patch request. Coordinate with the
central release team on Build and patch failures. Maintain the build and patch request SharePoint
to be affectively used by the Project managers.
