unique position to further biomedical science research
and translate new basic science knowledge into the
treatment of disease. The Howard Hughes Medical Institute
(HHMI) offers a one-year fellowship program that will provide
you with the opportunity to develop the research skills you
will need to engage in this exciting career that bridges
research and medicine.
IMMERSE YOURSELF IN A YEAR OF FULL-TIME RESEARCH
AT ANY ACADEMIC INSTITUTION IN THE U.S. OR AT
HHMI’S JANELIA RESEARCH CAMPUS (ABOVE), A
WORLD-CLASS BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH CENTER NEAR
WASHINGTON, D.C.
