Porting of Wipro’s WiMedia MAC IP onto GAIO platform with 2 FPGA board.
Design and development of Hosted embedded solution for standalone embedded WUSB IP using PCI/e
interface.
Design and development of function drivers for devices like printer, scanner and mass storage on NetBSD.
Design and development of NAM module for Wireless USB IP.

Resources and Optimization Techniques of Best Manufacturing Process
In this project work, Wastes were eliminated by changing the layout of the box module, applying Total Quality
Management, Total productive maintenance, and value stream mapping. Man machine chart was drawn to find the
load factor of the operator during the operation. Kanban system is applied to achieve Just-in-time production.
Poka-Yoke for missing of gear oil filling in 5-speed manual transmission case
In this project, 5-speed manual transmission case and the gear oil filling machine were studied in detail to design a
pneumatic circuit to avoid the abnormality of the 5-speed manual transmission gear box to be fitted into the
automobile without gear oil in it.
