Diamond Knot Craft Brewing Releases Ho!Ho! Winter Ale
Mukilteo, WA October 2, 2012 – The days are getting shorter and the rains will be returning soon,
which means that it is time for Diamond Knot Craft Brewing’s much-anticipated release of their
Ho!Ho! Winter Ale. Starting mid-October, this Northwest-style winter warmer will be available on
draft and in 22-oz bottles at retailers throughout the Pacific Northwest and nationally through Total
Wine & More.
While summer cookouts and picnics are ending, craft beer lovers start to crave the rich ingredients
and flavors of winter beers. Pat Ringe, Diamond Knot’s Head Brewer, “The turning of the seasons
sparks the occasion to change things up, our Ho! Ho! Winter Ale does exactly that. Its release is
much-anticipated, especially by me; it’s hands down my favorite Diamond Knot beer.” The Ho!Ho! is
a robust ‘winter warmer’ ale, ruby brown in color with a slightly sweet, fruity nose. Very hoppy, yet
well balanced with a sturdy malt foundation. Its bold, complex flavors make it a great beer to
celebrate the winter season or to enjoy sitting by the fire.
