1. Nav Menu re-organized and re-grouped by task. Some options
renamed.
2. Addition of View Table of Contents option. This is viewed in a pop-up

4. Suggested: User Preferences moved out of navigation Menu and
placed in top toolbar to limit left navigation menu size.
5. Print Month View now an icon, moved out of navigation menu.

Modifications Summary:
1. Lesson components now displayed a collapsible format.
Teacher can click on the ‘+’ icon to expand selection and
reveal activity detail, or click on ‘-’ to collapse it.
2. Right Navigation menu now displays only Related
Resource headings instead of individual selections.
3. Clicking on Related Resource types takes you to a new
screen (Add New Resources) where resources can be
previewed and added as Activities or Homework.
4. View Related State Standards option removed from Top
Navigation bar and added to Left Navigation menu.
Modifications Summary:
1. No distinction now between rescheduling a Lesson
Plan or an Activity. Option is removed.
2. Month Filter: user selects month to view.
3. List is populated with Lesson Plans and Activities for
corresponding month.
4. When user highlights selection, date information is
displayed here.
5. User enters a new date for Lesson or Activity.
6. Scheduling Option: user determines whether the rest of
the schedule is adjusted to accommodate change, or
whether dates are allowed to overlap. This is new
program functionality.
7. Submit causes new lesson schedule to be calculated
and reflected in the Calendar. If there are any specific
date conflicts, a message box can present user with
relevant options.
8. Cancels and discards changes.

Functionality Modifications:

resolve Adjusted Schedule Conflict.
2. Confirm Reschedule alerts user of
the effects rescheduling a specific
Lesson have on the overall
schedule. The user can either
Reject Changes and return to the
Reschedule Lesson Plan screen, or
Accept Changes and Finish. An
option is also given to Accept
Changes and return to Reschedule
Lesson screen to make additional
changes.
3. Warning of Scheduling Conflict. If a
new date falls in the middle of a
currently scheduled lesson, the
options are to either split-up the
existing lesson, or to allow a date
overlap. Wording now includes
name of specific Lessons impacted.
4. Text modifications
Note: Lesson names can be very
long, and adding them to Message
Box and radio button options may
lead to text overload and confuse
user.
