This letter is intended to set forth a letter of intent by Energia Prima Uk Ltd. and
Fundación Fycma. This is not a binding, legal document, but rather an outline of a
proposed cooperation that each side intends to become a party to.
As exposed in previous talks, we intend to outline and remark the purposes of our
organization in order to underline once again the need to preserve and take care of
our planet's natural environment giving our contribution to flourish and protect it
from the growing contamination and global warming consequences.
Nowadays, it is really important to find institutions and organizations that agree
with our principles in order to improve life quality, fighting worldwide against
growing pollution in everyday environmental challenges.
Institutions, organizations, businesses and people are needed more than ever, in
order to achieve our main purpose, a low emission development strategy for a
pollution-free environment where our children will have the best and healthiest life
conditions.
Following the above principles, in full compliance of the Argentinian legislation, we
propose to your fundation to be our "ecological partner" in Argentina or, better said,
a no profit organization that will be our preferential partner in communication
activities, spreading purposes and principles, allowing third parties to better
acknowledge professional activities and initiatives in which Energia Prima Uk Ltd.
is involved.
Our request is motivated by sharing the same beliefs and mission already stated
above. We are strongly convinced that Fundación Ficyma is operating within an
excellent framework to safeguard our common principles and company values with
the high purpose to achieve our common mission. For this reason, we are keen to
share our corporate communication materials with your organization for the
purposes already stated.

Of course, the previous assumptions will not be binding to any kind of commercial
agreement concerning this assignment as well as future developments arising from
the same. It will be intended as a memorandum of understanding in your
geographical area of influence within the common framework of our global
ecological efforts.
