TENDER NO: DID 24/08/2016 TRAINING SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE NATIONAL YOUTH SERVICE PROGRAMME FOR CITY OF TSHWANE (NORTHERN DEVELOPMENT CORRIDOR): TECHNICAL SKILLS Part T1.1 Tender Notice and Invitation to Tender The Department of Infrastructure Development: Chief Directorate EPWP of the Gauteng Provincial Government invites tenders for Training Service Providers for the National Youth Service programme for City of Tshwane (Northern Development Corridor): Technical Skills The physical address for collection of tender documents is: Department of Infrastructure Development 9th Floor Corner House Corner of Commisioner and Sauer Streets Marshalltown Johannesburg Documents may be collected from Monday to Friday between 08:00 hrs and 15:00 hrs from 09th Floor, Corner House, Commissioner and Sauer Street, 63 Fox Street, Marshalltown, Johannesburg A non-refundable tender deposit of R 200.00 payable in cash at 09th Floor, Corner House, Corner of Commissioner and Sauer Streets, Marshalltown between 08:30 hrs and 15:00 hrs, is required upon collection of the tender documents. A compulsory clarification meeting with representatives of the Employer will take place as per tender advertisement. The closing date and time for receipt of tenders is as per tender advertisement. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, electronic and/or late tenders will not be accepted. Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the Tender Data. A contract may be awarded to a tenderer that did not score the highest total number of points, only in accordance with section 2 (1) (f) of the Act.
