Interview Notes – Kevin & Mary Kent













Kevin and Mary are married and would like to file a joint return. They provided all the cost of keeping
up the home and more than half of the support for their granddaughter Melissa, who lived with them
all year.
They paid $625 to Crossroads Child Care Center for 5 weeks of summer camp care for Melissa while
they worked. The camp was a day camp and involved no overnight stays. The center’s address is 1648

Kevin ran a small janitorial business. He received $24,000, in cash, during the year from his clients. He
