Guidelines
• 5 minute overview presentation of project/Spring plans.
Followed by 5 minute Q&A session.
• Very brief explanation on project background and objective.
(Just enough to familiarize new audience)
• Focus mainly on proposed plan
• Describe every point on the timeline in detail/how the team plans to
meet these goals.
• Limit words in each quadrant and use large enough fonts for
visibility
• Use quad chart as a “reference” while speaking during the
presentation.
• If the team wishes to have an additional slide
depicting an image that won’t fit on qc slide, that is
acceptable
