statified environment (3 clustered static servers, 3 clustered dynamic servers, 1 database server, 1 CMS server); also configured the CMS

Services Delivery Manager
- Supervising a team of 5 technicians that were delivering services to about 30 companies and about 600 users;
- Senior Architect role in the designing stage for the implementation projects;
- Project Manager role in the implementation stage for part of implementation projects;
- Configured the infrastructure for Romtelecom's website, one of the biggest Tel&Co providers in our country consisting in a multi-layer stratified
environment (3 clustered static servers, 3 clustered dynamic servers, 1 database server, 1 CMS server); also configured the CMS (Typo3), team
management and incident management during go-live procedures;
- Again for Romtelecom, designed and deployed the architecture based on the previous environment for an online shop that added to the existing
environment a new cluster of servers on which Magento Commerce was installed. Go live supervisor from the implementer;
- Created an Development/Testing Environment in a virtual setup (VMware ESXi) that replicates entirely the whole Romtelecom's online
infrastructure. At the end of the project I delivered a set of installation procedures (runbooks) for each server in the online infrastructure to be used
as part of the Disaster Recovery Plan;
- I have generated also a set of procedures to be used by any third party that is to be engaged in future projects with Romtelecom and that will be
using the Testing Environment (Change Management, ITIL);
- Led the team that implemented for Orange Romania a mailing platform based on CommuniGate on which besides the needed configuration
visual customization was applied, upgrade of the current cPanel solution and upgrade of the SSO infrastructure for the mobile;
- Implementing and maintaining the local infrastructure consisting in 4 IBM 345 servers, 1 IBM Bladecenter with 14 blades, FO & iSCSI SAN, Vmware
ESXi environment, with High Availability, Distributed Resource Scheduling, Distributed Power Management, 12 virtual servers.
