journal that encourages submissions of original research on Science, Technology and Medicine. It also encourages
interdisciplinary dialog and exchange between sociologists and professionals working in these areas. It publishes
theoretical and empirical articles, book reviews and comments. Studies in Sociology of Science [ISSN 1923-0176
(PRINT), ISSN 1923-0184 (ONLINE)] is governed by Canadian laws and policies and regulations of Canadian
Research & Development Center of Sciences and Cultures with its headquarter in Montreal, Canada.

For citation format, we require parenthetical citations within the text rather than endnotes or footnotes. Citation in
the text provides information, usually the name of the author, the date of publication (the Author-Date System), and if

is placed at the end of the research paper. We accept the APA (American Psychological Association) style, the CMS
